  • Non-Refundable Items: Personalized items and clearance products are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5–7 business days), and if approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund. No exchange or replacement is offered in such cases.
  • Refund Timeline: In case of any approved refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
